These are challenging times, and we know people are looking for guidance, information and answers. Property owners and landlords will have a lot of questions right now, and at Andrew Lees Lettings, we will do our best to provide you with guidance and support.
In dealing with the COVID-19 outbreak, we have adapted our services, including onboarding work, to best to provide a duty of care to property owners, clients, and our team. If you are a property owner currently considering letting your property, we can still assist you with this process.
For landlords currently living in their property
If you are currently living in your rental property, please get in touch, and we can arrange a video call with you. During this video chat, you can provide us with a virtual tour of your accommodation. This will allow one of our experienced team members to review your home, and provide you with a realistic rental figure.
In addition to reviewing your home via video, our team will refer to Google Street view, historical rental fees in your area, and our knowledge of the local market. Many factors influence rental values, and we take steps to provide you with a reliable service. We believe video calls are highly effective, and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have during the call.
For landlords living away from Bridgwater or surrounding areas
We appreciate not all landlords live locally, or you may be close to your home or rental accommodation right now. This isn’t a barrier to providing you with a valuation. Firstly, please speak to one of our team members, and we can arrange the next step of the process. Landlords who require a valuation can send keys to our Bridgwater office (we’ll provide you with the details during our call), and one of our team members can inspect your property.
We will be more than happy to arrange a video call during this inspection. Any landlord who wishes to point out specific features or to talk us through their home is more than welcome to do so. We are also more than happy to arrange a follow-up call where we can talk through our thoughts on the inspection.
For landlords with properties on Airbnb
If you currently have a property on Airbnb, please feel free to send us a link to the property, and we will review the photos, and provide you with a rental estimate. If there is a key box for your property, please provide us with the code, and we can arrange a video call to discuss your needs and options.
